In his unrelenting quest to get to the bottom of nutrition, our founder, Corey Rennell, traveled the world testing modern and ancient fitness and nutrition philosophies. Subsisting with twelve indigenous tribes on every habitable continent, he became aware of the "natural selection" of their diets over time.

 

 

No matter the culture, they all converged upon the same basic nutritional principles. Captivated, he committed his Harvard thesis to synthesizing 200,000 years of human nutrition experience—and the CORE Meal family was born.
